Before you dig in, here's how our shop works: items are either Hand-Conjured (made by hand in our Georgia studio), Made to Order (printed just for you after you buy), or Witch-Approved (curated products we believe in, shipped from our studio). Your product listing will always tell you which one you're getting.

Because your item doesn't exist yet. It gets made specifically for you after you place your order — no warehouse full of unsold stuff, no waste, just your thing, made fresh. Our fulfillment partner handles production (3–7 business days depending on the product), then it ships straight to you. You'll get a tracking number once it's on its way.

Hand-Conjured and Witch-Approved items currently ship within the U.S. only. (Customs paperwork is its own kind of hex. We're working on it.)
Made to Order items ship internationally in many cases through our fulfillment partner. If you're outside the U.S., reach out before you order so we can confirm availability and give you a realistic timeline.

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Click it, refresh it obsessively, and watch your package make its way to you.
If tracking hasn't updated in a while, give it 24–48 hours — carriers are sometimes slow to scan. If it's been more than a week with no movement on a domestic order, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Orders & Customization
Many of our Hand-Conjured items can be customized — names, dates, intentions, color preferences, and more. If customization is available, it'll say so on the listing.
When you add custom details, please double-check your spelling. We will make exactly what you tell us to make, and there are no do-overs on personalized items. Customized orders ship in 3–5 business days instead of the standard 1–3.

Hand-Conjured and Witch-Approved orders: Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes. Once it's on its way, it's out of our hands and into the postal service's — a lawless realm neither of us controls.
Made to Order items: These go into production quickly. Once submitted to our fulfillment partner, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before you complete checkout.

Not necessarily. If your order includes both Hand-Conjured and Made to Order items, they'll ship separately — one from our studio, one from our fulfillment partner. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Returns & Problems
Hand-Conjured and Witch-Approved items: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Personalized or custom orders are final sale unless something went wrong on our end.
Made to Order items: Because these are produced specifically for you, we can't accept returns due to change of mind or ordering the wrong size. (Check the size guide. Really.) If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or completely wrong — that's a different story. Contact us.

First: check around your entry, with a neighbor, or anywhere a carrier might stash something. Carriers occasionally scan "delivered" a few hours before the package actually lands.

About the Shop
Especially yes. Twisted Apothecary was built for baby witches, curious people, skeptics with a soft spot for crystals, and anyone tired of spiritual shops that feel like they require a secret handshake.
You don't need to know what you're doing. You don't need a perfectly arranged altar. You just need to be open to it — and okay with a little sarcasm along the way. We're learning too. That's sort of the whole point.

Very real. Twisted Apothecary is a one-woman operation run out of Jesup, Georgia. Every Hand-Conjured item is made here, by me, with a rotating cast of cats and dogs judging my every decision from somewhere nearby.

Yes — we are proudly a dog and cat household, which means our studio is a pet-friendly space. Our fur babies are beloved members of the operation and have absolutely zero interest in staying out of the way.
If you have pet allergies, please keep this in mind when ordering Hand-Conjured or Witch-Approved items made in our studio. Made to Order items are produced by our fulfillment partner in a separate facility and are not affected.
